I can't get in either. There is/was a system problem for osme accounts on AC.com that affects me and I had to go in the "back door" by doing a dummy flight booking and then I could log in, but now that has died too. I was not having problems with AE, but today I note I can't get in there either.

Sounds like a big IT glitch.
