You sure you were on a CRJ-700? They should be all converted by now. Mesa's fleet was delivered with First (but not E+), but should have E+ by now.

And UAX@SFO, who works for Skywest, as noted all of their CRJ-700s have been converted to exPlus specs (F and E+).
