I plan a trip to Brasil (GIG) in March . Than requested M@M Poland office for temporary overdraft on my account (on 1'st April over 120 K Swiss TravelClub miles will be transferred)..
I attached even an e-mail from TravelClub with confirmation of actual number of miles and transfer confirmation code.
After two days I get a response that "Miles and More Head Office does not accept overdraft on your account".
It means to me : "NO WAY DEAR CUSTOMER - we appreciate for you loyalty when you PAY FOR THE TICKET ONLY . If you want something back for money you spend on us (i.e.40 K overdraft for 6 weeks) - we got you on the bottom of our lovely a****".
Thank you Ladies and Gentleman from Miles&More!!! I will remember untill I pay for the next ticket...For sure.
