Thank you for your quick replies.
It seems the problem was down to me not being able to see the URL for My Bookings.

I've logged back in and used the link you FT'ers pointed out to me and it's letting me choose my seats again.
Now, back to reading the sticky about which to choose.

PS, I've been using IE without any noticable problems.
