I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and was mightily impressed by all aspects of the property.

The service and attention to detail was faultless and left me smiling time and time again. The staff on the Club level were truly first rate and the famous 'Thai smile' always abounded. The room attendants were wonderful, security courteous and management very friendly. I spent a wonderful two weeks at this property and look forward to my next stay very much.

This Hyatt property has my business (6 to 12 plus weeks a year) for the indefinite future. The hyatt group gets the balance of my travel dollar.
