I know this has been covered on here before but it is causing chaos at all terminals at heathrow as people are still not doing this before they get to the security search.

Several passengers has missed their flights as they have been stuck in long queues and become frustrated.

BA is aware of this and BAA are also aware, but please can i make the passengers aware that its a UK government requirement that BAA follows this and BA as tenants of BAA and under instruction by the UK government are not responsible for the security at Airports.
