A related problem with ALL airlines that irks me. In baggage claim, why does everyone rush to the edge of the conveyor belt and block the area. It would make more sense to have a red line 3 ft back and only go to belt when you spot your bag or at least one that looks like yours, retrieve and back to red line. And then sometimes a family of five ALL have to stand by the belt!!
It drives me crazy in the airports where the conveyers are tiny and not everyone can get to them, when the 5 year old is standing there taking up a space. In most airports, this isn't an issue because the conveyors are large enough. This is an issue of parents that have no concept of what their kids are doing.
