I assumed it was applicable as i could not price the ticket unless there was no stop overs - are there other checks?
Well AJ, all unristricted tickets note "unlimited free stopovers" but still HIP check is valid !
If you hold a BA or LH or any airline special fare ( and the notes say xxx free stopovers ) then there is no HIP check.
But I think I know on what kind of ticket you are traveling now !
