I usually go to the A line area (or around where the exit is) and usually get in without a problem. I display my A pass so other boarders can see it and not too upset.

If you see a bag without a person; have you ever called TSA to report an unaccompanied bag? As I usually just wait to end of A, I guess i could spot a bag and walk away from linel to call it in.

What about holding a place. I have seen one person in line and then 3-4 others traveling along butt up to where their friend/relative is. Maybe someone could "rent themselves out" to be a line holder. Bring a small chair and magazine. Or at least when one has a 60 min layover. $5??

A related problem with ALL airlines that irks me. In baggage claim, why does everyone rush to the edge of the conveyor belt and block the area. It would make more sense to have a red line 3 ft back and only go to belt when you spot your bag or at least one that looks like yours, retrieve and back to red line. And then sometimes a family of five ALL have to stand by the belt!!
