I bought my flights for the Olympics tonight, and I am curious if any other DL FT'ers plan to attend.

I decided to go due to a series of fortunate circumstances. First, I have a friend in Park City with whom I can stay for free. Second, said friend has events tix to sell me at face value. Finally, the airfare was so reasonable. My cousin booked RT from JFK for about $270. I am paying about $360 from BOS, the difference due to the fact that I am continuing on to LAX for a few days after SLC. Unfortunately, my longest segments are L and U fares... aaargh! The differnce to K was about $300 for the itinerary... no thanks. As an aside, I notice most flights in and out of SLC with fairly light loads during the Games.

Anyhow, curious if anyone else plans to attend, especially with airfare so reasonable (I paid more to go to SLC in December). Of course, in the case of the Olympics, air is a small portion of one's trip expense, particularly if there is accommodations to procure.
