Loganair flights are all exempt from the offline charge.
According to ba.com...

The following exceptions will apply:

Bookings paid for by MCO.
OnBusiness bookings.
Bookings made for Blind passengers.
Bookings made for Unaccompanied Minors

It doesn't mention loganair flights. any reason why they are exempt and if other franchises like Bmed, GB Airways, Comair are also exempt.
