I love Southwest, but Southwest is really way overdue to do SOMETHING.
Last weekend at MDW, I had a seat about 6-8 from gate in "A" row. I knew this would put me in good enough shape regardless of how line formed. Some people placed their bags in front and walked away as usual and in violation of major TSA concept. Some walked past the lined-up bags and seated people and stood in front, some lined up nicely behind and got staemed at the others.
It did not hurt me since I still got in plenty early for my purposes, but many were very upset. I was upset even though I did not lose anything.
SW agents seem to be instructed to walk away from this issue making everyone angrier.
If they refuse to police the lined at least define the rules with some signs!
Are seats in line??
Are bags line holders?? If no. how about for a minute to use bathroom??
Everyone has diffeent ideas about the rules = tension
