How to pass along positive comments about a phone agent
Hi there
I just got off the phone with a wonderful and very helpful agent on the EC helpdesk in Frankfurt. She was really one of the most helpful and pleasant BA employees I've ever dealt with. ^ ^ ^
I got her name and the name of her manager.
How do I pass along my comments to BA and make sure that she is recognised? She said that I should go via the regular customer service channels - will this even be recognised?
