I suppose the next question is, what in God's blue sky would it take to get the developers to add this functionality? Maybe we can offer them free SWU/VIPs for life if they let us pilot that feature??? (of course we wouldn't tell them that all upgrades would be granted from last year's stock in January of each year )

A possible workaround would be adding functionality to advanced search that allows a user to sort threads since last visit/1WK/1YR etc rather than only allowing the user to sort posts that way. Is that do-able?
