Well, 900 HKD will get you a day tour around the whole of HK, basically. There's nowhere, point to point, that will cost you 900 HKD unless you're going from the Airport to maybe Lo Wu. Even that might only be about 400-500 HKD, I think.

You can easily get nice meals for $4 USD, no problem.
