I agree. We haven't heard much about stocking up on visqueen and duct tape lately and the color-coded threat level system doesn't get anywhere near the press it did when Ridge was in charge.
Have to agree with everyone else though - why on earth would a judge on a federal appeals court resign so he could manage bureaucrats? Not up to the task of judging?
