My experience on LH and First Class is a compensation of 30.000 miles in the accoutn for non functioning Inflight video. considering thatthis is far more imporatn a cash reimbursemnt would be fair.
LH pays Euro 4500 for a down grade from F to C and 3000 for a down grade from C to Y. So I would assume something along those lines
