My wife, my daughter, and I are going from YOW to LAS via YUL. We are scheduled to arrive at YUL at 9:30 AM, and leave on the 10:30 AM flight for LAS.

I am too worrying about the connection time. Unless it remains warm, our plane will be de-iced - which will further contract the time between connections.

The connecting carousel/conveyor belt for a transborder connection - where is it - is it before US customs and immigration (as in YYZ), or is it after US immigration, but before US customs (as in YVR)?

If I was going on a transborder flight directly from YOW at that time in the morning, I would probably be through all steps of US preclearance (including the security check) within 15 minutes! - I guess that is too much to hope for at YUL?
