funnily though, last year i booked an open jaw to the USA (i like OJ tickets - i hate backtracking) through the BA hotline. They also have an online booking facility without the OJ option, but when my contact phoned BA to book it they didn't charge him the standard telephone booking fee.
You can use BA.com for open jaw tickets. Use Multi City and then 'Returning to a different airport'
