Indeed Fraser, good idea, because if Starwood doesn't follow your advice Centurion members will just stay at the most convenient property location and service wise, and then look at RC or MO benefits...then FS or PEN because they are excellent...and then maybe at Starwood where they are lousy Goldmembers.
