I have stayed there 2004 two times and have written stay reports about two stays.

The service level is depending on the number of upgraded rooms available. The normal rooms are very tiny, as Ambassador you should get larger room or some Junior Suite.

But - I would not burn a Voucher at this hotel, though I have done myself, but the voucher was expriring. Save the voucher for a more expensive property. 140 USD is a good rate for the hotel.
