Was there in EZE earlier this month. As a platinum elite was given access to the lounge. The lounge is a shared lounge that is not run by any airline as such. It is in front of gate 2 in the international lounge once you get past the immigration folks.

Quite a spartan lounge with no fancy stuff.

Restrooms: There are seperate Mens and Womens restroom with no shower facility.

Internet access: 2 desktop computers with free internet access. There was also mention of free wireless internet access but did not have a laptop to check it out.

Couches: There are like 12-15 couches that are arranged in 3-4 groups. In one corner there is a conference room table that can handle another 4-6 folks.

Snacks & Drinks: Soft drinks, wine and beer. Snacks were some local packaged cakes and biscuits. Nothing that would fit a breakfast or lunch for me

Hotel facilities: Dont remember seeing an onsite hotel at the airport. The dining facilities in the airport are also nothing fancy. You need to get out of the airport for couple of miles to get decent accomodation.
