I emailed customer service and will see how they reply.
well....the crew will be interviewed by the office and a report will be sent to the customer relationship and they will apologise and state that they will advise the crew to be aware of what they say on board in the future....and the reply will take even longer........
tat's it I think.......and what do u expect?
