Add on Amanjiwo if the budget allows. Amanusa first, then over to Amanjiwo,back to Ubud for Amandari and then last Amankila for three nights.Amanresorts makes it so simple to move form each resort and you will not be put off by changing resorts, and they will let you break up the Amanbali experience to hop over to Java. I really think Amanjiwo is the best of the bunch. Also if time and money allows there is always Amanwanna which so much to offer. Indonesia is where Amanresorts really does it best IMHO!
