Question Sushikan?
Has anyone heard of, or better yet, been to a Japanese sushi restaurant called Sushikan? One (1st in N. America) has opened up in the YVR area (quite close to YVR actually) and is supposed to be staffed by Shinichi Yamazaki who is supposed to have been Japan's top sushi chef for 2 years in a row.

I'm a bit intrigued by it being one of the locals who can't justify Tojo's prices (that place used to be very reasonable 15-20 year ago).
