Airfone Service for Verizon Wireless is on select aircraft available on Continental Airlines, United Airlines, Midwest Airlines (very few aircraft), US Airways and Delta Air Lines domestic flights. Airlines are subject to change without notice. Airfone Service for Verizon Wireless is available when you fly within 200 miles outside the contiguous 48 states and parts of Southern Canada. Coverage is not guaranteed within available area.

If you sign up for Airfone Service for Verizon Wireless while airborne you will receive a temporary PIN for five hours or the length of the flight, whichever is shorter. Your permanent PIN will be sent to your Verizon Wireless phone via TXT message. Once you turn off your wireless phone and register on an Airfone handset, your incoming wireless calls will ring on the Airfone handset. If you are on an Airfone call, your incoming calls will go to your Verizon Wireless voicemail. Call waiting is not available on the Airfone handset.

The charges for use of Airfone Service for Verizon Wireless will show on your Verizon Wireless bill, through a billing on behalf arrangement between Verizon Wireless and Verizon Airfone® but your relationship under any terms and conditions of Verizon Airfone service Acceptable Use Policy, if applicable, is with Verizon Airfone. Verizon Wireless is not responsible and bears no liability for the Airfone Service for Verizon Wireless or claims that arise under any terms and conditions of Verizon Airfone service Acceptable Use Policy, if applicable. Verizon Wireless promotions and discounts may not be used in connection with Airfone Service for Verizon Wireless.
