Wrong. They are only large enough to fit a person when they're on the ground. Solar energy compresses them (and their contents) to about an inch long at approximately 10,000 feet. What do they teach in Science class these days?

Snopes.com covered the photo today with responses from the airlines involved. They claim they were over 2 miles apart. Who are you going to believe, your eyes or some "spokesman".
