I just re-read your post. If it is a DNS (Domain Name Service) server problem it isn't on your end, and you won't be able to use the Internet because the service that translates 192.192.30.100 to www.whatever.com is unavailable. No DNS = no websurfing. Strange that the primary and secondary DNS are done. If you are saavy you could manually enter DNS servers into your IP configuration.
