This exactly confirms my thoughts I had for a long time reading similar posts.. The whole system is flawed either way.
Only bcs someone is in uniform doesn't mean that they deserve any perks. How can you determine if someone is coming or going to Iraq, all international flights are either charter or military and the domestic ones do not include the orders so it is impossible to know what they are doing.
I can see that injured personell would be different... but otherwise
