Damaged Bag - AGAIN!!!
So, less than three weeks after my new suitcase was smashed beyond repair on my trip to TUS...
I arrived at ABE today only to discover my (new replacement - a Victorinox NXT I bought 2 weeks ago) suitcase had a large rip in the front (I red-eyed from LAX via IAD). Also noticed my wheeled suiter (silver in color) was heavily soiled both front and back.
Filled out the paperwork on the ripped bag with CS and will return to ABE during the week to send yet another bag to Rynn's Luggage for repair/adjustment.
What is going on with baggage handlers these days? Is the "Priority" tag an invitation to "smash at will?"
This is getting expensive for UA....and annoying for me.
