If I try to get them in advance, I'm always told (at least on other airlines) that I can't reserve bulkhead or exit row seats online, I have to physically check in (or ask the GA to change my seats) at the airport. Didn't know if there were any suggestions to try and enhance my chances for bulkhead seating.

here .) I believe AirTran offers some cheap upgrade options, but perhaps not on a reward ticket.
