If we are safer when flying commercial airliners now than we were on 9/10/01, the reasons are because of hardened cockpit doors and passengers who will not be intimidated by terrorists with sharp objects. The TSA dog and pony show providing Kabuki security is an expensive workfare project further bloating a massive national government deficit.
