I dunno - I'm just waiting for my bad one ... dozen trips or so from the UK to the US, every time professional and quick if not always warm. I must admit I sometimes wonder what I look like to the immigration official after a longhaul flight - bleary-eyed, unshaven, greasy-haired, unkempt, though I probably still have the suit and tie on. I reckon I'd look dubious and I'm always grateful to get through with just the token questioning
