The CSR is right. Where did you get the information that you might only get 50% EQM? There are no .5 EQM routes. There is either 1.0 or, in a few cases, 0.0. Just curious why you thought this.

(And the 0.0 cases are: Tickets between North America and Europe, India, Asia and Latin America booked in O and Transatlantic tickets booked in Q are not eligible for mileage credit.)
