I was talking about total connection time. The train ride itself will be about 5 minutes.
Your flight from Managua will arrive into and leave from Concourse E. You will have to clear imigration and customs and recheck your bags in ATL upon arrival from MGA
Your flight to and from Toronto will be from one of the DL domestic gates at ATL (Could be T, A, B, C, or D concourse).
You will clear USA customs and imigration in Toronto prior to departure from Toronto, and therefore will not have to clear these in ATL on your travel down to MGA.
