I have been going to shoe stores listening to the shoe guys and everyone gives me different advice depending on what kind of shoes they want to sell. If I plan on walking around Europe for a month looking at churches and art galleries etc, will Birkenstocks be ok or should I invest in a good pair of walking shoes. I looked at a pair today that were $170.00 Canadian and for me that is a major purchase. Help!
