Is there a second level on the train that I am not aware of??? I ride the Acela and the Regional trains fairly frequently and to date I have NOT noticed a second level.

P.S. I usually ride from NYP to Wilmington, DE. and Washington, DC. Union Station and up until this time I have always walked from the station platform right onto the train and visa versa without having to use any stairs.
