I think I will pop along. I got another letter last night which explains what is happening. Basically, the ballroom is being taken over by exhibition stands from 77 hotels plus a few booking groups. Interestingly, Amex Centurion has a stand, and Amex Plat has a second, separate stand.
It seems it will be a 'drink, nibble, browse' event - a bit like a private view at an art fair.
