The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period, excluding all residents of the Province of Quebec.

The “Final Destination 3” Contest (the “Contest”) commences at 11:59 a.m. (ET) Monday, January 23, 2006 and concludes at 11:59 a.m. (ET) Monday, February 13, 2006 (the “Contest Period”).

To enter for a chance to win, visit the Space website at www.spacecast.com or via the Travel CUTS website at www.travelcuts.com, whereby there is a contest link to the spacecast.com contest site. Once you have been directed to the Space website, click on the “Final Destination 3” contest link on the Space website then click on the “Enter Now” button within the Contest microsite and follow the instructions. If you have registered for a CHUM username and password on a previous occasion, you may enter the Contest by completing the online entry, using your CHUM username and password. If you do not have a CHUM username and password, sign up for one by filling out the online entry form with your first name, last name, email address, daytime telephone number (including area code), and date of birth. Entries will not be eligible if sent by any method not specified above or if not received during the Contest Period. One entry per user name and password will be permitted for the duration of the Contest.

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for one (1) winner and three (3) guests to a theme park in the United States of America, more specifically described as follows: four (4) return economy airfare tickets for winner and his/her guests from the major airport closest to the winner’s Canadian residence to an American destination (to be determined solely by the Contest Sponsors); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (double room, double occupancy, room and taxes only); $650.00 USD spending money; and four (4) one -day long passes for the winner and his/her three (3) guests to attend an American theme park (theme park, fulfillment date, duration, and ride access to be determined solely by the Contest Sponsors). It is the winner's and his/her guests responsibility to provide for any additional expenses not included in the Grand Prize as described herein, including, but not limited to, travel insurance, health insurance, gratuities, in-room movies, taxis, all ground transportation, etc. The winner and his/her guest must be in possession of a valid Canadian passport or picture ID and proof of Canadian citizenship satisfactory to United States customs and immigration officials. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize depends upon the destination and departure point of the winner and his/her guest (solely as an example, if the city of departure were Vancouver, BC and the destination was Tampa, Florida, the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize would be $14,000.00 Cdn).
