I used to live in Cleveland and used the self-serving RCC a number of times. What's weird about it is the inherent confusion so many people have when using it. They just don't get it; and UA doesn't do a good job explaining to customers that it is a self-serve facility. I would often get up and explain to people coming in how it worked. It's good to have and beats the alternative...but if you've seen the CO Club on the other side of the airport - it's like night and day.
