They need an extended warranty for these Ipods. The Ipod tends to break just after the 1 year warranty expires. What's the Deal?

I think I want to look into the phones that have music storage. Any suggestions? I can get the extended warranty with the phone plus have my cell, camera, walkman, contacts, e-mail, all in one. Any of these phones have good music quality?
