The eVIPs also take longer than EXP-crossing.. mine took about 3 weeks I think. Apparently they run the EXP-renewal weekly .. and maybe the MM is closer to monthly. But owing to your crossing date, I should think year-end and all has impacted the whole issue!

You will have to call and check to get your eVIP counts .. that will definately tell you that they 'know' about your accomplishment!
