Yeah, that RCC really sucks. I used it every week when I was commuting to CLE for a project. Very depressing, made even more so by the delays so common to UA flights out of CLE. I wish you hadn't posted this. I'm transported back to that place...with the cruddy little fridge and cheddar cheese packs...
