I've never been in this exact situation before but just wanted to get any opinions on this idea. Would a call back to ATL, either SMS or CustomerCare or another dept help any? I assume they could rebook you in the system, but I'm not sure how the foreign station would handle it from there, since they are the ones that have to actually reissue some sort of ticket.
