I had problems with a delayed DL flight from ATL to CDG then to MUC. But I got a Red Coat to book me on DL to LGW and then on British Airways to MUC. I was on a Business SkyMiles ticket. They didn't want to put me in business from LGW to MUC, but then finally did.
