Call your TA and get your AC booking reference number. Then when you call Sat/Sun.. (if you call at 00:01 Sunday), you should be able to upgrade with your cert. I did just this last week and was successful (my ticket was booked thru a TA as well).
If you do get told your TA needs to upgrade you, hang up and call again to try to get a different agent.
