I thought the least we could get was some service from the Reserv centre as an Elite or a S. ELite or a Prestige for that matter. My UG window is on Sat/Sun and my TA is not in what happens then ?

Revenue, revenue revenue, whatever happened to Customer service,customer service customer service ?

I thought I was a GUEST ?
