The Inn at Harvard has TINY rooms and no real upgrades for Diamonds. If you have no status with either hotel chain, the Inn at Harvard is better, although then I'd consider the Doubletree at MIT unless you really need to be in Harvard Square.
Just never stay for any reason at the Sheraton in Lexington, as it is a pit.
