What does a TA say when calling in for an UG ?
I would like to know what a TA says to AC when calling for an UG that we as a passenger don't know. My reservation was made by a TA and I will be calling in for an UG request. Now, if I am told that the TA needs to call I would like to know the difference . Thanks
