But consider that the OP may be looking at going in June because of kids' school schedules, work vacation scheduling, etc. And while I support and follow your "sunny travel" theory, IMHO Hawaii seems like a special case because there's so much natural beauty there (from what I understand, never having been there) that you just can't see anywhere else. We have great weather most of the year here in NC, but no matter how nice the weather is here there's no way I'm going to walk around on a volcano here in NC. I'm not trying to bash you CloudsBelow, just add some perspective.
I too did not intend to bash the service, I just wanted to ensure that New traveler's understand what they are paying for.
